All HUD programs are non-recourse, assumable and offer fixed interest rates for 35-40 years. We have helped preserve and recapitalize over 1,000 units of affordable housing in the past 10 years.

The company is comprised of Senior Lenders and Industry Specialists who average 30 years of lending and consulting experience. We start each assignment by carefully evaluating our clients' goals and then complete a complementary financial analysis that compares all options available. Our goal is to educate clients so they can make informed decisions; we never request any upfront fees or have protracted turnaround times. We are a family business and our head of affordable housing has her Master's degree in social work.

In addition to our direct lending programs, Bedford Lending has extensive experience with low income housing tax credits (LIHTC), historic tax credits, and other capital sources that can be combined with our debt options to maximize leverage.
